This world we live in can be the “Garden of the Gods? since it is up to us to make it into a place of fulfillment and play, of love and gratefulness. It is up to each of us to embark on the Journey of self-discovery and healing, of finding our godliness. The more deeply we know ourselves, the greater ability we have to create from the depth of our being , and bring love and beauty into this world. I dedicate this music to everybody who has the courage to go a step in the direction of love, silence, and truth to make this place a garden of the gods. I have been fascinated with the human voice, the ultimate instrument, for a while. It was with great Joy when I heard Annette sing and I found a quality in her voice: A love for life and a lightness, which I have been expressing through my music. This opportunity to create music together allowed me to explore new territory in my musical world. Out of the love we share for music grew this album. Some of the pieces have been composed, others have been played spontaneously. Whatever process we chose, it was a playful and Joyous experience which we hope is reflected in this album. Deuter
