Tantric Illumination with Aura-Soma^®

Tantra means “a way of Union with the Supreme Spirit" through a method of meditation, and is derived from a word meaning “weaving.” However, it is commonly used to imply the transformation of basic sexual energy into a transcendental experience of the divine. Subsequently the word Tantra is used widely for many forms of working with sexual energy.

In the Aura-Soma Colour-Care-System® set of 112 dual coloured Equilibrium oils, there is a subset of 15 bottles comprising the Tantric Illumination set, all of which contain the colours Pink, Red, Magenta, Deep Magenta and Clear. This set was formed after the birth of B104 Archangel Chamael with its Pink/Magenta colour combination is considered to represent the most beautiful of the Archangel energies. Its addition to the Aura-Soma range signified an important time in our recent history, when humanity could heed the message of the archangel to turn our focus around from external trauma to internal self-love and acceptance.

Red is associated with the 1^st chakra, known as the Muladhara Chakra, which is located at the base of the spine and includes the genital area in both sexes. The key themes of the first chakra are grounding, survival and sex energy. Grounding refers to the acceptance of our existence in a physical and inherently animal and sexual body. This leads to a vital life lesson: do we love and accept ourselves in every level of our life or not? The survival aspect of the first chakra can lead to associated negative emotions of aggression, anger, violence – which can appear in an individual as either the perpetrator or the victim. Sexual energy is naturally linked to reproduction, but human sexual life includes so many other themes. Sex energy is the root of our life energy in every level from the physical to the spiritual. Sex energy can remain in its most basic form, like mud; or it can rise into higher forms through the ascent of the kundalini energy through the seven major chakras and blossom as the flower of thousand petalled lotus of the seventh chakra at the crown of the head.

Pink is associated with the whole body but also have a special connection to the 4^th Chakra in the heart region. The Anahata Chakra in its most positive and blossomed state, gives rise to the experience of unconditional love. That is to love others without any demand or request and also to love our own self for who we truly are in our totality. Pink is also a pale-red, a combination of white or clear plus red, thus it contains all the red issues in a more intense form – either through the extra consciousness of the clear colour or as a hidden blanked-out form.

Magenta and Deep Magenta are associated with the Soul Star – the 8^th Chakra, where lies the information of our life’s mission and lessons. Magenta is also associated with the purification of desire and also the challenges of expectation and perfection. It is the colour of divine love or “love from above” that could descend into the temple of the body, forming a union of spirit and body. Thus magenta is very much a tantric colour, as it consists of the red of the base chakra and the violet of the seventh chakra.

Aura-Soma Equilibrium oils function in two basic ways, firstly as a mirror reflecting the issues of the chooser of the colours; and secondly, in their application they support transformation through balancing our inner energies. This function corresponds well to the understanding of the chakra energy system in that each chakra operates through duality and transcendence. Thus the 1^st chakra, with its associated red colour, contains the issues of sexual dysfunction in either over- or under-energized states such as sexual aggressiveness, sexual addiction or fear-based celibacy or impotence. Such issues are often hidden from normal consciousness and are rarely talked about in openness. Shame and embarrassment, and the normal social taboo about sexual issues, means that many people are unable to address their challenges in their sexual life.

This course aims to support the student to pass through self-experiential energetic healing methods and meditations as well as empowering Aura-Soma Practitioners and Consultants to be better able to work with their clients who choose the tantric illumination bottles. This course is open to all, however some previous experience of Aura-Soma will be helpful.
