Lives Beyond Time: Future Life Progression

Looking consciously into one’s future is a method to reclaim the energy that we actually lose through expectation, hope and desire. It is also a way to understand one’s karma, life lessons and the unfinished business of this life.

We organise time into past, present and future. Our consciousness stores memories of our life’s past events, not only of this life but also previous incarnations. Regression therapies examine how subconsciously stored memories have a dramatic effect on our present life. Then in the present time we create fantasies about our future. Commonly, we hope for a better future whilst considering the past to have been not so good; although it is also possible to see time the other way, that the past was good and the future will be bad. In both cases, we are dividing life into positive and negative instead of perceiving life as a whole. By rejecting one half of life and time, we suppress the other, but the other half will travel with us into the future regardless of our desires. This sets us a situation in which we are constantly frustrated or disappointed by what life gives us. We might blame ‘fate’ but in reality it is all our own creation.

In Future Lives Progression we use time-line methods and guided hypnomeditation - which is different than traditional hypnosis as we will not fully lose consciousness, but rather we will experience a state of heightened, yet relaxed, awareness. In this more sensitive state we are able to intuitively access the information that is stored in what is often called our ‘Akashic Record’ the place where all our past, present and future lives are recorded. By becoming conscious of our future possibilities we can learn that we do not need to wait for the future to happen, we can start already now to live in such a way that will teach us what we need to learn more quickly, easily and more fully.

Samsara is the wheel of life, death and rebirth in which unconsciousness causes us to suffer. It is only consciousness that gives us the keys to transcend the repeating painful patterns of life. Future Life Progression is one method that can makes us more aware of the phenomenon of karma.
